The technology in the Protac HL3 allows Streamlight to put 1,100 lumens in the palm of your hands and provide longer run times. The ProTac HL 3 provides extraordinary brightness with a wide beam pattern that lights your entire area and runs two hours on high beam. Now includes rubber grip & holster.
